PAYMENT for
QUEENS
· We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover,
Paypal and checks.
· If paying
by personal check,
the balance is due before
shipping.
· We require prepayment for
any queen order less than 20
queens and
20% down for more
than 20 queens. We will not keep
your deposit if we cannot meet the order.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
· All queen
orders are shipped
in JZ/BZ (plastic cages).
·
Shipments are NOT insurable and the risk is
the sole responsibility of
the purchaser.
· Shipping and handling will be USPS Overnight or
Priority Mail, if our goal
of next or second day
is not available we will use another carrier
to expedite your order as quickly
as possible.

We will attempt to contact you the day before we ship.
·
When your order arrives, take care of it immediately.
· WE
DO NOT bank the queens, we will terminate them before we will
send out a non-effective queen.
Pick-ups call for availability.
